According to Becker's Hospital Review, the executives recognized on this year's list are "community stewards, strategic visionaries and advocates for accessible, high-quality care," leading organizations that continue to expand services, strengthen financial sustainability, and improve patient outcomes.
For Unity Medical Center, the recognition reflects years of continued investment in expanding access to care throughout Coffee County and the surrounding region. Under Henley's leadership, the hospital has focused on strengthening clinical services, recruiting physicians, investing in technology, and ensuring patients can receive more specialized care without leaving their community.
One of the hospital's recent milestones has been the return of orthopedic services—bringing an important specialty back to Manchester and allowing more patients to receive care closer to home.

Henley has led Unity Medical Center since 2011, overseeing significant organizational transformation, including the successful merger of two rural hospitals, the transition to nonprofit status, and the expansion of key service lines designed to meet the evolving healthcare needs of Middle Tennessee.
